Corporate minute book for And Can Did Inc., the Ontario corporation that hosts the Map Foundation. Includes incorporation records, articles, bylaws, director and officer registers, and resolutions on file as of March 2025.

The Map Foundation is a ring-fenced fund inside And Can Did Inc. (see Map Foundation Policy §1.2). This minute book is the underlying corporate record for that host company — the same one a lawyer, auditor, or potential funder would request during due diligence. Publishing it here is part of our transparency posture: anyone can verify the structure that holds the Mission Funds.
